At The English Canape Company, we are delighted to cater for any event whether it be a private celebration, a corporate event or just for pure indulgence!

Being proud to provide a personal and attentive service, we encourage you to browse the entire range of savoury and sweet choices to create your bespoke menu which, backed by our advice, experience and the ability to tailor our recipes, promises to be outstanding!

Our canapés are personally delivered in attractive boxes, designed to transport well and stack in the fridge! Our hand written labels, menu cards and high quality platters attractively complete the presentation. A full list of ingredients, with instructions on shelf life, storage and cooking is always included.

We currently make our deliveries within Norfolk, Suffolk, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and London with our trusted courier helping us with orders further a field. The best way to place your order is to telephone or email via our enquiries form. We are always pleased to get to know our clients so our first priority is to telephone to introduce ourselves, to hear about your ideas and requirements, to advise on the menu and discuss the event. We collate your canapé choices to complete your bespoke menu adding details of your event and the delivery arrangements. Once approved by you, we then provide our invoice.

On finalising your order, we produce an invoice to be paid in full within our three day term. Presently our payments can be made by BACS, over the telephone or via our iZettle payment terminal on delivery.vFor the latter we require a deposit payment on booking.

  • We can provide up to one thousand five hundred canapés on a single order. We are experienced in making many more for special events so we encourage you to ask if your requirements are higher.

  • For orders of up to three hundred canapés, deliveries within a thirty mile radius of Burnham Market are free.

  • Larger orders qualify for free delivery depending on the location and event requirements. We will always strive to provide the fairest pricing we can!

  • All of our canapés are made by hand to order so we are pleased to tailor any ingredients to your personal taste where possible.

  • Advanced notice of any specialist dietary requirements and allergies is always appreciated to ensure all of your guests are catered for.

  • Cancellations can be made up to seven days prior to the day of the event with ten percent of the total invoice being retained for work undertaken and administration purposes.

  • Cancellations made between seven and four days prior to the day of the event will receive thirty five percent of the total invoice as a refund.

  • Cancellations made later than three days prior to the day of the event will not be due for a refund. Any foods already created will be delivered where possible.

  • To clarify, if your event is booked for a Friday; seven days notice would be the previous Thursday; three days; the Tuesday of the week the event is being held. The number of notice days do not include the day of the event.

  • For Christmas deliveries, our last delivery time is 11am on Christmas Eve. For deliveries post Christmas and over the New Year, we will be delivering from 11am – 3pm on 30th December and 11am – 4pm on 31st December. Please enquire directly to discuss orders for New Years Day to 5th January inclusive.

    In order to provide the most flexible service possible, a number of our canapés freeze allowing you to thaw and serve or thaw and cook each in your home at a time and in a quantity to suit your arrangements.
